so basically, i couldnt decide between pink and purple so i just done both... devil!
i use china glaze - first and last for my base and top coat, the pink is china glaze - laced up and the purple is technic - sweet violet.
the pink one was bought for me but i got the other 2 from ebay :)
the app i used for the effect and the hearts is called pixlr-o-matic.
